Salary: - For as per Company scale and benefit packages.

Term of Employment: - Unlimited period (permanent) up on satisfactory completion of the probationary period.

Major Responsibilities of this role

• Provide first-line IT support to employees (onsite or remote)

• Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues (Windows, macOS, printers, peripherals)

• Assist with password resets, account unlocks, and access permissions

• Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN connectivity.

• Assist in managing Active Directory, user accounts, and group policies.

• Perform basic server maintenance (file backups, updates, patches).

• Troubleshoot email, DNS, DHCP, and firewall issues.

• Set up and deploy new workstations, laptops, and mobile devices.

• Manage inventory of IT equipment (asset tracking, repairs, replacements).

• Install and configure licensed software and security updates.

Required skills and qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field with at least two years demonstrated work experience
