Reported to: SEED Project Manager

Location: Addis Ababa with frequent travel to project

Job Requirements

• BSC or MSc Science and Technology, Computer Science or related fields.

• 5 years for BA/BSc or 3 years for MSc/MA

• Proven experience in IT support or a similar role,

• Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications.

• Proficiency in operating systems (Windows, Linux, etc.) and productivity software.

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) are
  a plus.

• Career Level: Entry to Mid-Level
