Position Description: IT Technical Support Specialist

We are looking for a competent IT Technical Support Specialist:-

• To provide fast and useful technical assistance on computer systems.

• To answer queries on basic technical issues and Offer advice to solve them that includes primarily troubleshooting technical issues and managing help desk tickets daily.

Additional Responsibilities will include

• Interacting with customers by phone, in-person or remotely to resolve their computer problems related to computer systems, software, hardware and network issues to help them get back up running smoothly again

• Have good technical knowledge and be able to communicate effectively to understand the problem and explain its solution. 

• S/he must also be customer-oriented and patient to deal with customers at different level of technology capacity.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in computer science, information systems or related field with relevant work experience

• 3 to 4 years of relevant experience.

•  Applicants must have intermediate working knowledge of Windows Desktop, Windows Server, MS office.

• Good working knowledge of Mac OS. Good problem solving, analytical and team working skills, excellent communication. Interpersonal skills; openness to learning new technologies are some of the skills and abilities required for this position.

• Experience with Wi-Fi networking and Linux is preferred.
