Duties and Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability while avoiding overstocking. 

• Conduct regular stock audits to verify the accuracy of records and identify discrepancies as well as implement inventory control measures to prevent theft, damage, or spoilage of goods.

• Oversee the receipt of incoming goods and ensure they comply with the quality and quantity specified in purchase orders.

• Inspect and verify the condition of received goods to identify any damages or defects.

• Design and maintain an efficient storage layout to maximize space utilization and ease of access.

• Plan and coordinate the distribution of goods to different departments or locations.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all incoming and outgoing goods.

• Continuously evaluate store and distribution processes for potential improvements.

• Identify areas of inefficiency and implement solutions to enhance overall performance.

• Also performs related duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
