Job Purpose

The Director of Finance plays a pivotal role in shaping a company’s financial strategy and ensuring long-term stability. This leadership position involves overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and investment planning to optimize financial performance. By carefully analyzing market trends and economic risks, they help organizations make informed decisions that drive growth.

Beyond managing financial operations, the Director of Finance also ensures compliance with regulatory standards and implements policies to safeguard company assets. They work closely with executives and stakeholders to align financial goals, fostering a culture of transparency and accountability.

Job Purpose

A Junior Accountant, or Entry Level Accountant, manages daily financial and accounting tasks for businesses. Their main duties include preparing and maintaining financial statements, compiling reports and preparing balance sheets.

Junior Accountant Key Responsibilities 

• Maintaining accounts receivable, document bills and supporting documentation
• Maintaining accounts payable, ensure timely payment of invoices, confirming validity of the debt and gathering appropriate signatures
• Updating financial records via accounting software
• Gathering payroll expenses and input into appropriate entry line
• Preparing quarterly budget under the purview of senior management
• Analyzing financial statements and prepare balance sheets

Quantities: 1

 Qualification:  Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field             

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience
