Job Requirements

Education:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or with related field of study

Experience:

• 0–1 years of experience

• Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Peachtree, ERP)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in recording daily financial transactions

• Prepare and maintain accounting documents and records

• Support accounts payable and receivable processes

• Perform bank reconciliations

• Assist in payroll preparation and tax documentation

• Help prepare financial reports and statements

• Maintain filing systems for financial data

Skills & Competencies

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Understanding of basic tax regulations
