Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our finance team. You will support daily accounting operations, assist with financial reconciliations, maintain accurate ledger records, and ensure strict compliance with financial policies and tax regulations.
Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or with related field of study
Experience: 0-2 years of relevant accounting experience ().

Duties and Responsibilities
Prepare, record, and maintain daily financial vouchers, journal entries, and general ledger accounts.
Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations, cash-in/cash-out tracking, and petty cash disbursements.
Assist in preparing monthly tax declarations (VAT, Withholding Tax, Payroll Tax, and Income Tax) in accordance with local tax laws.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable records, tracking outstanding invoices and receipts.
Maintain organized physical and digital archives of all financial documents, contracts, and payment receipts.
Support senior accountants in monthly financial closing, inventory audits, and financial reporting.
Skills & Competencies
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, pivot tables and accounting software (Peachtree).
Knowledge: Sound understanding of basic accounting principles, financial documentation, and local tax requirements.
Key Attributes: High attention to detail, strong numerical ability, honesty, and effective communication skills.
