Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform routine clerical accounting duties within a fast-paced finance department, while adhering to established accounting standards

• Recording, posting all financial transactions daily

• Issuing payment invoices and receipts to clients

• Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded

• Track and monitor accounts receivable, accounts payable

• Ensure that information is accurate, react in a timely manner

• Preparing and submitting periodic financial reports

• Perform auditing of company fixed asset

• Participate in periodic inventory as required

• Perform account reconciliations

• Processing income statements, balance sheets and other management account reports, under the supervision of the Senior Accountant/finance manager

• Reviewing expenditures of the company such as payroll and petty cash expenses

• Develop, measure and prepare reports Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements

• Follow and observe to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines
