Duties and Responsibilities

• Monitor gauges for pressure, temperature, water levels, and fuel flow, reporting any deviations to senior staff.​
• Assist with loading fuel, adjusting controls, and performing water quality tests or chemical additions.​
• Conduct basic cleaning, lubrication, and inspections of boilers and auxiliary equipment like pumps and valves.​
• Record operational data, including steam output, fuel usage, and maintenance activities in daily logs.​
• Participate in preventive maintenance schedules and minor troubleshooting to minimize downtime.​
• Adhere to safety protocols, respond to basic emergencies as directed, and ensure equipment cleanliness.​

Job Requirements

• Education: TVET Level II/I or Completion of 12th/10th grade or in a related field of study with relevant work experience
• Experience: 8-0 years
