YB Cosmetics Production PLC is looking for a junior chemist to support our cosmetics production and quality control operations. The successful candidate will work closely with the production and R&D teams to ensure product quality and compliance with standards.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in cosmetics formulation and production processes

• Conduct basic laboratory tests and analysis

• Monitor raw materials and finished product quality

• Maintain laboratory records and reports

• Support GMP and safety standards in production

• Assist senior chemists and production supervisors

Job Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or in a related field of study

• Experience: 0–2 years of relevant work experience in cosmetics, soap, or FMCG manufacturing (fresh graduates are encouraged)

Skills & Abilities:

• Attention to detail

• Teamwork and communication skills

• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word)

• Strong work ethic and reliability

• Basic knowledge of cosmetics raw materials and formulations

• Good laboratory and documentation skills

• Willingness to learn and work in a production environment
