Job Summary

We are seeking highly motivated, dynamic, and detail-oriented recent graduates (Class of 2026) to join our growing engineering department as Junior Civil Engineers.

This entry-level opportunity is designed for top-tier graduates looking to launch their structural and site management career in a fast-paced environment. Working directly under the mentorship of senior structural and site engineers, you will contribute to site supervision, structural analysis, quality assurance, quantity surveying, and overall project management on high-rise building projects.

Job Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or with related field of study from a recognized university.

  • 2026 graduates only (Fresh Graduates).

  • CGPA 3.50 and above (Very Good to Excellent academic standing).

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Site Supervision & Quality Control: Assist in supervising daily structural and civil construction works, ensuring strict compliance with engineering drawings, structural codes, and safety standards.

  • Drawing & Quantity Surveying: Support senior engineers in reviewing structural drawings, bar bending schedules (BBS), quantity take-offs, and material estimation.

  • Inspection & Quality Assurance: Conduct routine site inspections for concrete pours, formwork setup, rebar placement, and masonry work.

  • Testing & Sampling: Coordinate slump tests, concrete cube sampling, soil testing, and material quality evaluations on site.

  • Progress Reporting & Documentation: Assist in compiling daily site journals, measurement books, weekly progress reports, and technical submittals.

  • Site Coordination: Liaise between senior engineers, sub-contractors, site foremen, and safety officers to ensure smooth workflow execution.

Skills & Competencies

  • Software Proficiency: Basic working knowledge of AutoCAD, ETABS, SAP2000, or similar structural design/drafting tools.

  • Core Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of structural analysis, reinforced concrete design, construction materials, and surveying fundamentals.

  • Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving skills, leadership potential, clear technical communication, and adaptability to site environments.
