Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer account opening, deposits, withdrawals, and other basic banking services.

  • Provide high-quality customer service in line with the bank’s standards.

  • Promote and cross-sell bank products and services.

  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with bank policies

Job Requirement

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field (Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, Marketing, or related fields). Degrees outside these areas will not be considered.

  • Graduation Year: Only applicants who graduated in Gregorian Calendar (GC) 2024 or 2025 / Ethiopian Calendar (EC) 2016 or 2017 will be considered.

  • CGPA: 3.00 and above

  • No prior work experience required.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

    • Place of Work: Various Locations across Ethiopia (As assigned)
