Minaye PLC is seeking a Junior Digital Marketing Officer to strengthen its digital presence and customer engagement footprint. This role is designed for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who can support daily digital marketing execution, manage online interactions, and ensure brand consistency across all platforms. The successful candidate will act as an operational bridge between internal teams and outsourced digital service providers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in coordinating and monitoring outsourced digital marketing activities

  • Support preparation, review, and scheduling of social media content and promotions

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via social media, WhatsApp, Telegram, website, and phone

  • Maintain daily records of digital interactions and engagement metrics

  • Support campaign tracking, reporting, and basic performance analysis

  • Coordinate with sales, design, and operations teams to ensure accurate content flow

  • Monitor competitors’ online activities and report insights

  • Assist in preparing basic marketing materials (flyers, brochures, banners, etc.)

  • Perform other marketing-related tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor

Daily Operational Focus

  • Monitor and respond to all digital customer inquiries

  • Follow up on scheduled content and campaign execution

  • Log engagement data (likes, comments, leads, messages)

  • Prepare short daily or weekly activity summaries

  • Archive published digital content for records and review

Job Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field

Experience:

  • 0 – 2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media handling, or marketing support roles

  • Fresh graduates with strong digital exposure are encouraged to apply
