Position Summary:

The ideal candidates will be recent graduates with a strong foundation in marketing and data management. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for establishing a strong foundation for our social media presence, creating engaging content, and driving follower growth and engagement and organizing and analyzing data to support our marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a strategy to build brand presence on Facebook, Telegram, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

  • Conduct market research to identify target demographics, platform preferences, and content trends.

  • Create and optimize social media profiles, ensuring brand consistency.

  • Develop platform-specific content, including posts, stories, videos, and interactive media.

  • Use SMO best practices like hashtag research, keyword targeting, and audience segmentation.

  • Grow followers and engagement through organic efforts, influencer partnerships, and paid ads.

  • Monitor trends, conversations, and feedback to refine strategies.

  • Track metrics (follower growth, engagement, reach, conversions) and report to stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with creative, product, and customer service teams to align with
    business goals.

  • Stay updated on social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to improve performance.

  • Basic copywriting skills and graphic design skills or video editing (CapCut,) can be a plus.

  • Organize, manage, and update the company’s data using spreadsheets and
    databases.

  • Generate reports and insights to inform business decisions.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

  • Experience: 1 year or less experience in managing social media platforms and campaigns.

  • Strong knowledge of social media algorithms and ad tools (e.g., Facebook Ads,
    TikTok Creator Marketplace).

  • Creative skills for producing engaging text, image, video, and graphic content.

  • Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.

  • Analytical mindset for data-driven decisions.

  • Skilled at multitasking in fast-paced environment
