• Educational Qualifications: B.A Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance or related fields of study.
• Work Experience & Required Skills: A minimum of 1 year's work experience in digital banking business area. For instance, dispute settlement, and Digital Banking business positions.
Job Requirements B.A. degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance or related fields and at least one year of experience in digital banking business areas such as dispute settlement. Candidates will work at the Head Office in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, contributing to the bank’s dispute resolution processes and supporting its digital banking initiatives.
