We are looking for a Junior Documentation Officer that assists with the creation, management, and maintenance of organizational documents, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and compliance

Key Responsibilities

· Submit timely document directives to independent surveyors and freight forwarders to facilitate export processing.

· Monitor and communicate updates in import/export procedures to ensure documents conform to customs laws.

· Prepare export documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.

· Receive and confirm BOL with the shipping line.

· Provide applicable coffee export documentation tailored to specific country requirements.

· Review all documents for accuracy, completeness, and clarity before final submission.

· Ensure consistency of documentation practices by collaborating with colleagues across the company.

· Maintain organized records and perform proofreading of documents upon request.

· Follow established procedures and customs regulations for document handling.
