We are currently inviting applications for the following positions: 

Position: Junior Electrician / Electrical Engineer I 

Key Responsibilities 

• Perform installation, inspection, maintenance, and repair of electrical equipment and systems. 

• Conduct routine electrical inspections and preventive maintenance. 

• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults in machinery and equipment. 

• Assist in maintaining production machinery and electrical installations to minimize downtime. 

• Ensure electrical equipment operates safely and efficiently. 

• Follow electrical safety procedures and company standards. 

• Maintain proper records of electrical maintenance, repairs, and inspections. 

• Assist senior electricians and engineers in electrical maintenance and improvement projects. 

• Respond promptly to electrical breakdowns and operational problems. 

• Perform other related duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. 

Job Requirements

Required Qualification 

Candidates must have one of the following: 

• TVET Level III in Electrical/Electrical Installation, or 

• BSc Degree in Electrical Engineering. 

Required Experience 

• 3 years relevant experience for TVET Level III candidates. 

• 2 years relevant experience for BSc Electrical Engineering candidates. 

Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is an advantage. 

Required Skills 

• Good knowledge of electrical installation and maintenance. 

• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults. 

• Basic understanding of industrial electrical systems and machinery. 

• Strong safety awareness. 

• Good teamwork and communication skills. 

• Ability to work shifts and respond to emergency breakdowns when required. 

• Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment.
