Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate dyeing machinery such as vats, jets, or ranges by setting parameters for temperature, pressure, dye concentration, and cycle time.​

• Prepare dye solutions by measuring and mixing dyes, chemicals, water, and additives based on formulas and test results.​

• Load and unload fabrics or yarns into machines, securing them to avoid damage, tangling, or uneven dyeing.

• Conduct visual inspections, colorfastness tests, and pH checks during and after dyeing to verify consistency, evenness, and standards compliance.​

• Troubleshoot equipment issues, adjust settings, notify supervisors of malfunctions, and perform routine maintenance like cleaning and lubrication.​

• Record process details including recipes, settings, parameters, and adjustments for traceability, optimization, and reporting

Job Requirements

• Education: TVET Level II/I or Completion of 12th/10th grade or in a related field of study with relevant work experience

• Experience: 8-0 years
