Goh Manufacturing PLC is seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Junior Finance, Store & HR Officer to manage finance, inventory, and human resource administration at the manufacturing site. The role focuses on administrative efficiency; technical production skills are not required.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily financial transactions, bookkeeping, and budget tracking

  • Oversee inventory control, stock records, and material/spare parts security

  • Maintain staff records, attendance, and basic HR administration

  • Ensure proper filing and updating of company and regulatory documents

  • Prepare regular administrative and financial reports

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR Management, or Business Administration

  • Experience: 2–5 years of relevant experience in finance, store, or administrative roles

  • Strong skills in financial record-keeping and inventory management

  • High integrity, accuracy, and strong organizational ability

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and standard office management tools
