Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and maintaining accurate financial records

• Record daily financial transactions and ensure proper documentation

• Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

• Assist in bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies

• Process invoices, payments, and expense reports in a timely manner

• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions

• Help in budget preparation and monitoring of expenditures

• Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulations

• Assist in payroll processing and related financial entries

• Use accounting/financial software to record and report data

• Perform other finance-related duties as assigned by the supervisor
