We are seeking a highly creative and technically skilled Junior Graphic Designer to support our design team in producing engaging visual content across digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in graphic design, an eye for detail, and proficiency in motion graphics, 3D animation, and advanced visual techniques. This role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in professional workflows while contributing to high-impact marketing and brand initiatives.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and produce high-quality graphics for social media, websites, email campaigns, presentations, and print materials, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and messaging.

• Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to conceptualize, design, and implement creative visual solutions for campaigns and projects.

• Assist in the creation of advanced visual elements, including infographics, custom illustrations, vector graphics, and minor motion graphics/animations.

• Edit, retouch, and enhance images and assets using professional techniques to meet print and digital standards.

• Maintain and organize digital design files, assets, and templates for efficient workflow within the creative team.

• Support the design team in developing brand assets, style guides, and templates to ensure consistent visual identity.

• Stay updated with current design trends, emerging tools, and industry best practices to enhance design quality and efficiency.

• Review design outputs for technical accuracy, resolution, and color consistency across various media.

• Take ownership of assigned projects, managing deadlines and delivering high-quality work with minimal supervision.

• Provide creative input and innovative ideas during brainstorming and strategy sessions.

Job Requirements

• Diploma, Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent in Graphic Design, Animation, Visual Communication, or related field

• 0–2 years of professional experience (internship or freelance projects accepted)

• Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design, motion graphics, and 3D animation work

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)

• Basic knowledge of 3D software (Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya, or similar)

• Understanding of web and social media design standards, including responsive visuals

• Knowledge of print production, file formats, and resolution requirements

• Strong creativity, attention to detail, and ability to follow brand guidelines

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

• Good communication and collaboration skills
