Duties & Responsibilities:
Assisting in recruitment processes, including job postings and candidate screening.
Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.
Supporting onboarding and orientation for new hires.
Coordinating training sessions and employee engagement activities.
Managing office supplies and ensuring a well-organized work environment.
Assisting with payroll processing and benefits administration.
Skills & Competencies
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
