Job Summary:

The Junior HR Officer is an entry-level position that provides fundamental administrative support to the HR department. This role focuses on learning core HR processes by assisting with record-keeping, filing, and basic data entry, ensuring the smooth flow of HR documentation.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Business Management or with related field of study

  • Experience: 0-1 years of experience, preferably in the FMCG industry

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform data entry of new employee information into the HR system.

  • Ensure compliance and data organization by creating and maintaining complete and accurate physical personnel files for all employees.

  • Ensure easy retrieval of important documents by filing all HR-related paperwork systematically and accurately.

  • Assist in the preparation of documents for new hires.

  • Make photocopies and scan HR documents as needed.

  • Support payroll processing by helping to track and update employee attendance records accurately.

  • Distribute internal communications and memos to employees.

  • Assist in organizing logistics for training sessions or employee events.

  • Retrieve files and documents for senior HR staff as requested.

  • Follow all HR procedures and instructions carefully.

  • Maintain confidentiality of all employee and company information.

  • Support the HR team with various administrative tasks.

  • Learn about different aspects of HR operations.

  • Perform other related duties as required.
