The Junior HR Officer plays a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day human resources functions of an organization. This position is responsible for a variety of tasks, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and maintaining compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Assist in the entire recruitment process, including drafting job descriptions, posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Support the implementation of performance appraisal systems and help managers in conducting effective performance reviews.
Manage and update employee records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
Stay informed about changes in labor laws and regulations to ensure the company's compliance.
Prepare and process HR-related documents, such as contracts, letters, and reports.
Communicate policy changes and updates to all employees.
Act as the first point of contact for employee queries
Qualifications:
BA degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Able to provide good leadership, planning, and organizational skills.
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
