As a Junior Industrial Engineer, you will play a key role in optimizing manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, ensure product quality, and minimize operational costs. You will apply industrial engineering principles to system design, resource allocation, and workflow management within a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

The roles and responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

1. Participate in new machine fitting, from human, machine, material, method, and environmental, ring five aspects, summarizes test and trouble spots, participate in the test and review, confirm the improvement plan.

2. Prepare FMECA (Failure mode effect critical analysis) reports.

3. Prepare Amharic operating and inspecting procedures from Chinese procedures.

4. Arrange and organize departmental documents.

5. Study work-load and set labour standards.

6. Examine ergonomics of workshop and work to ensure employee safety.

Job Requirements

• BSc Degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.

• Experience: 0 years of related work experience.
