We are looking for a highly organized and analytical Junior Logistics Engineer to support the planning and execution of logistics operations across construction sites. This role involves coordinating material deliveries, optimizing supply chain processes, and ensuring timely availability of resources to meet project milestones.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and scheduling delivery of construction materials and equipment

• Monitor inventory levels and track usage across multiple project sites

• Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and site teams to ensure timely deliveries

• Support the development of logistics strategies to reduce costs and improve efficiency

• Maintain accurate records of shipments, receipts, and stock movements

• Analyze logistics data to identify bottlenecks and propose solutions

• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards

• Assist in preparing logistics for immediate manager

• Support warehouse operations and site logistics layout planning

Job Requirement:

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering &Construction Technology & Management(COTM) or related field

• Experience: 0–2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain, preferably in construction.

Required Skills:

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

• Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset

• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed

• Passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence.
