• Overseeing supply chain staff, recruiting and training team members, and managing budgets.

• Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

• Ensuring compliance with legal requirements, safety guidelines, and sustainability goals.

• Using data analysis and performance metrics to monitor and improve supply chain operations.

• Risk management including identifying operational disruptions and devising contingency plans.
