To support the efficient operation, maintenance, and reliability of factory machinery and equipment, while gaining practical engineering experience and contributing to continuous production improvement.

The roles and responsibilities will included but not limited to:

The Machine Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation, reliability, and safety of all factory equipment and machinery. 

Major Duties include:

• Perform regular calibration and preventive maintenance on production equipment to ensure stable and accurate performance.

• Manage equipment and spare parts procurement, maintain maintenance logs, and ensure proper documentation and record management.

• Diagnose and resolve major equipment breakdowns promptly to minimize downtime and ensure continuous production.

• Lead the validation and acceptance of newly introduced equipment, ensuring effective integration into the production process.

• Prepare and maintain essential equipment-related documents, including equipment checklists, maintenance schedules, equipment resumes, and annual maintenance plans.

• Collect, analyze, and improve data related to equipment malfunctions, fixture failures, and recurring machine-related problems.

• Develop, update, and deliver equipment operation and maintenance training, including competency assessments for operators and technicians.

• Oversee equipment installation, troubleshooting, repair, and upgrade activities, ensuring adherence to engineering and safety standards.

• Lead the development of the annual factory equipment maintenance plan and the annual calibration plan for measuring instruments to ensure compliance with company requirements and industry standards.
