Junior Maintenance Planner Officer

Experience: 1-3 years

Place of work: Addis Ababa (Kality in front of former Kork & Tin Factory/Midroc Construction Terminal)

Salary: Based on Company Scale & Negotiable

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Receive job order, distribute, process and tracks work order for the maintenance and repair of vehicles and machinery.

  • Maintain purchase order, work order and maintenance history records of the vehicle and machinery.

  • Scheduling preventive maintenance items of the vehicle and machinery.

  • Conduct the time sheet attendance for employees’ overtime and field voucher duties.

  • Based on the job order, control the tasks accomplished on each vehicle on the job order sheet and then file the document on each plate of vehicles file box, and prepare weekly report for the department.

  • Prepare store requisition of the items that are required for the maintenances/repairs.

  • Prepares sales invoice to the customer
