The Junior Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of marketing campaigns and daily marketing activities to promote the company’s brand, products, and services. The role involves coordinating marketing materials, assisting with digital campaigns, supporting events, tracking campaign performance, and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities

  • Supporting digital content development for social media, websites, and marketing materials

  • Coordinating and assisting in events, activations, and brand engagement activities

  • Working closely with content creators to ensure timely delivery and quality of content

  • Developing and managing monthly content calendars aligned with marketing objectives

  • Supporting the marketing team in daily operations and campaign coordination

  • Collaborating closely with the Senior Marketing Executive and Art Director on creative concepts and campaign execution

  • Assisting in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities

  • Supporting digital content development for social media, websites, and marketing materials

  • Coordinating and assisting in events, activations, and brand engagement activities

  • Working closely with content creators to ensure timely delivery and quality of content

  • Following up with influencers, designers, videographers, and creative teams on ongoing projects

  • Supporting the marketing team in daily operations and campaign coordination

  • Collaborating closely with the Senior Marketing Executive and Art Director on creative concepts and campaign execution

  • Providing administrative and operational support to the marketing department

  • Helping in team engagement

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, social media, or related roles

  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing platforms and social media tools

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Creative mindset with attention to detail

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

  • Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is an advantage

  • Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks
