Job Summary

The Junior Marketing Officer supports the planning and execution of marketing activities to promote the company’s products and services. The role involves assisting with campaigns, coordinating events, conducting market research, and supporting brand visibility initiatives.

Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field 

• Experience: 0–2 years of experience in marketing or related roles 

Job Competencies

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills 

• Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media 

• Good organizational and time management skills 

• Ability to work independently and in a team 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns 

• Support product promotions, activations, and sampling events in Addis Ababa and Upcountry 

• Coordinate logistics for events, activations, and brand promotions 

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis 

• Manage and update social media platforms and digital content 

• Help create marketing presentations

• Monitor campaign performance, Market Assessment and prepare basic reports 

• Support partnerships and sponsorship activities
