Job Summary

SINEGA is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing and Sales Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by developing marketing strategies, managing domestic and international sales, and building long-term customer relationships for our yarn, paper, and processed food divisions.

Job Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or with related field of study.

Experience:

• Minimum of 0-2 years of experience in marketing and sales

• Experience in Manufacturing or FMCG is highly preferred

Quantity Required: 1

Salary: Negotiable

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing plans and digital campaigns.

• Achieve sales targets for domestic and international markets.

• Identify new market opportunities and lead market expansion efforts.

• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to after-sales service.

• Maintain strong relationships with key clients and distributors.

• Collaborate with production teams to ensure products meet market standards.

• Lead and provide guidance to the sales team.

• Provide regular market analysis and sales reports to management.

Skills & Competencies

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in CRM software, Digital Marketing, and MS Office.

Core Competencies:

• Strong negotiation skills, excellent verbal/written communication, and analytical mindset
