Job Summary

The Junior Mechanical Engineer will join the company as a core technical, management, and business reserve talent. The role involves assisting in the design, implementation, installation, and maintenance of mechanical systems (including HVAC, heating, water supply, and drainage) for the company’s projects. Through an intensive one-on-one mentorship program taught by Senior Mechanical and Electrical Managers, the junior engineer will be rapidly trained to grow into a Field Engineer, Technical Leader, or Professional Supervisor.

Job Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Heating and Water Supply and Drainage, or with related field of study

  • Outstanding academic performance with a minimum of 3.5 and above GPA (an all-A academic record is highly preferred).

  • 0-1 year

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist in the design, development, and installation of mechanical systems and equipment.

  • Work under the one-on-one mentorship of Senior Mechanical and Electrical Managers to rapidly develop field engineering and management capabilities.

  • Read, interpret, and effectively utilize mechanical, HVAC, piping, and general construction drawings on-site.

  • Participate in site inspections, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of mechanical equipment.

  • Strictly obey work arrangements and scheduling, cooperating actively with the team to execute tasks efficiently (do not push, do not delay).

  • Commit to long-term site deployment, including taking on assignments for projects abroad as required.

  • Ensure that project activities comply with engineering standards, safety regulations, and company procedures.

  • Coordinate with site engineers, technicians, and contractors during project implementation.

  • Perform other duties assigned by the Project Manager or Engineering Manager.

Skills and Competencies

  • Solid theoretical foundation with a fast acceptance of new knowledge, excellent study habits, and a continuous drive for improvement.

  • Ability to fully understand and interpret mechanical and construction drawings.

  • Basic knowledge and familiarity with CAD and BIM (Building Information Modeling) software.

  • Intelligent, flexible mind, hardworking, steadfast, and deeply conscientious of responsibilities.

  • Strong sense of teamwork, high execution ability, and a proactive attitude.

  • Strong adaptability, stable mindset, and a willingness to develop with the company for the long term.

  • Willingness to live, study, and work on project sites for extended periods (including international projects).
