The Nurse is responsible for providing nursing care and clinical support to patients undergoing physiotherapy and related treatments. The role supports physiotherapists by assisting with patient preparation, monitoring patient conditions, ensuring infection prevention, and maintaining a safe and hygienic clinical environment.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist physiotherapists in preparing patients for treatment sessions.

• Monitor patients’ vital signs and general condition before, during, and after therapy as required.

• Provide basic nursing care and first aid to patients when necessary.

• Ensure cleanliness, sterilization, and proper preparation of treatment rooms and equipment.

• Follow infection prevention and control protocols at all times.

• Assist in patient positioning, mobility support, and comfort during therapy sessions.

• Maintain accurate patient records and nursing notes as required.

• Educate patients on basic care instructions, safety, and post-treatment guidelines.

• Report patient concerns, adverse reactions, or emergencies to physiotherapists or supervisors immediately.

• Ensure proper handling and disposal of medical waste according to clinic policy.

• Support clinic operations by cooperating with reception and administrative staff when needed.

Job Requirement:

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from a recognized institution.

• Experience: 1 year of Experience in a clinic or rehabilitation setting is an advantage is a plus

• Valid professional license from the appropriate regulatory authority.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong attention to hygiene, safety, and patient care standards.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.

• Clinic-based role with regular working hours; may require flexibility based on patient scheduling.
