Washington Healthcare Plc (WHC) is a specialized secondary care facility based in Addis Ababa, committed to delivering high-quality and affordable healthcare services to both local and international communities.

Established in January 2015, WHC has served over 120,000 patients. The center operates 24/7 and is staffed by experienced Ethiopian, American, and visiting physicians across subspecialties such as cardiology, neurology, and oncology.

WHC is currently expanding into a multi-specialty institution with a long-term vision of becoming a tertiary care hospital and medical school.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide basic nursing care under supervision

• Assist patients with daily care activities

• Measure and record vital signs

• Administer medications as directed by senior staff

• Assist in patient admission and discharge processes

• Maintain cleanliness and infection control standards

• Support doctors and senior nurses during procedures

• Record and report patient conditions accurately

Job Requirements

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• BSc Degree or Diploma in Nursing

• Valid nursing license

• 0–2 years of experience preferred

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

KNOWLEDGE

• Basic nursing procedures and patient care techniques
