To support production, packaging, or utility operations by executing basic tasks under supervision. This role ensures adherence to safety protocols and contributes to product quality, sustainability goals, and efficient operations. Assist safe operation and maintenance of machinery and production lines in the assigned process lines by configuring the equipment, loading and operating the machines and reducing down-time so as to produce products that continuously meet the quality standards and quantity targets as per the schedule set.
Job Requirements
Education: Minimum of Bachelors Degree in Manufacturing Technology or Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electro-Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 0-2 years’ experience in an FMCG manufacturing shop floor setting

Duties and Responsibilities
Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), safety, hygiene, and quality standards at all times
Assist in machine start-up, shutdown, cleaning, and changeover operations as guided by senior operators.
Monitor basic process parameters (temperature, pressure, speed, etc.) and promptly report deviations or abnormalities.
Support material handling, including loading/unloading of raw materials, consumables, and packaging materials.
Monitor basic process parameters and promptly report deviations.
Perform basic troubleshooting and minor maintenance tasks (e.g., CLIT checks) under supervision.
Accurately record and report production and quality data for shift documentation.
Contribute to waste segregation, reduction, and recycling initiatives, ensuring compliance with environmental guidelines
Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality standards. Maintaining sanitation of machinery, equipment, storage bins, workstations, etc.
Identify and escalate safety or quality hazards immediately to senior operators or supervisors.
Follow proper segregation, reduction, and disposal of waste materials and report to Senior operator & team leader.
Participate in safety talks, toolbox meetings, and training programs to enhance skills and awareness.
Maintain workplace cleanliness and comply with 5S standards.
Record and report production and quality data accurately.
Execute tasks and support activities as assigned by supervisors or senior operators.
