We currently have an opportunity for pre sales Engineer to based in Addis Ababa Ethiopia. The pre Sales Engineer is employed as a technical expert with the task of sensitizing existing and potential clients about the services and products of the company.

The pre sales engineer will tasked to work closely with System Engineers to ensure that the products and services being offered can be tailored to meet the customer’s requirements.

Duties of the Pre Sales Engineer

• Developing proposals and sales pitches for business in collaboration with system engineers and software developers

• Developing marketing strategy and sales target for particular market niches and executing it to acquire new business deals

• Working closely and collaboratively with customers to devise effective solutions.

• Working closely with customers to understand and capture requirements.

• Ensuring that the company’s solutions and services can deliver on the customer’s requirements

• Replying to customers following requests for information and proposal requests.

• Attending meetings with system engineers/developers and assist in proposing solutions 

• Providing ongoing support for customer’s post implementation.

• Handles partners’ correspondence on technical matters

Education

• BSC in Electrical Engineering (Computer Engineering / Communications Stream), Computer Science, IT and/or Information System

• Certifications on Networking (Cisco,Huawei), Virtualization (Microsoft Hyper-v, VmWare), Storage (NetApp,Dell-EMC,HPE), etc advantageous

• Apprenticeship experience on datacenter and system administration is advantageous

Work Experience

• Fresh Graduates. Zero year of working experience

Languages

• Good skill in writing and speaking skills in English
