Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist in understanding customer technical requirements.

• Support the development of technical proposals and presentations.

• Prepare and deliver product demonstrations.

• Help create solution architectures and design documents.

• Conduct technical research on products and competitor offerings.

• Collaborate with sales teams on strategic accounts.

• Assist in responding to RFPs/RFQs (Requests for Proposal/Quotation).

• Provide technical support during the sales cycle.

• Participate in product training and certifications.

Job Requirement:

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Hardware, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing or in a related field of study
