The Junior Process Engineer will be responsible for supporting efficient, safe, and cost-effective production processes by monitoring key performance indicators, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing corrective actions to ensure a stable and high-quality manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

The roles and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Monitor and evaluate 4M1E factors (Man, Machine, Material, Method, Environment) daily to ensure stable production flow and propose improvement actions.

• Identify production problems, perform root cause analysis, implement corrective and preventive measures, and ensure issues do not recur.

• Maintain and improve production records, forms, and documentation related to daily activities.

• Lead the execution of assembly processes, allocate manpower with line leaders, and ensure process adherence on the shop floor.

• Analyze production line Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), identify performance gaps, develop improvement plans, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• Propose and lead actions aimed at enhancing productivity, improving quality, and reducing manufacturing costs.

• Prepare and update training materials, deliver on-line training, conduct assessments, and evaluate operator competency regularly.

Job Requirements

Educational Qualification:

• BSc in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.

• Experience: 0 years of related work experience.
