We are seeking a Junior Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) Engineer to support our engineering and construction projects. The role involves assisting in the implementation of quality standards, monitoring compliance, and ensuring that all materials, processes, and outputs meet company and regulatory requirements. Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and implementing QA/QC procedures, standards, and checklists.
Conduct inspections of materials, equipment, and construction activities to ensure compliance with specifications.
Support senior engineers in preparing quality documentation, reports, and audit records.
Monitor and record test results, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Participate in internal audits and help track corrective/preventive actions.
Collaborate with project teams to resolve quality-related issues.
Maintain proper filing and documentation for compliance and audit readiness.
Assist in training staff on quality standards and procedures.
Job Requirement:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
Experience: 0–1 year of experience in QA/QC or construction/engineering projects (internship or project-based experience acceptable).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with QA/QC software tools is a plus.
Good communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Skills and Abilities:
Familiarity with inspection techniques and testing procedures.
Understanding of construction drawings and specifications.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability.
