We are a leading international company based in Addis Ababa, engaged in the sales and manufacturing of solar inverters, batteries, solar panelsas well as  elevator (Lift ) we are looking for passionate, energetic qualified and active out door sales individuals to join our team. Our company is looking for a Qualification:

Duties and Responsibilities:

Promote and Sell Products such as and , elevators(Lift ), solar panels, inverters, and batteries to clients in both residential and commercial sectors.

• Research and identify potential clients, follow up on leads, and convert them into customers.

• Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations to explain features and benefits.

• Conduct field visits to meet customers, assess needs, and recommend appropriate solutions.

• Gather feedback from the market to understand customer needs and competitor activities.

• Work toward monthly and quarterly sales goals set by the supervisor.

• Maintain records of sales activities and submit timely sales reports to the Sales Supervisor.

• Work closely with the installation and service teams to ensure smooth customer experience.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Any field or plus point (Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related field)

• 0–2 years of sales experience (experience in outdoor sales is an advantage).

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

• Self-motivated and willing to travel.

• Must able to start the job soon

• Interview will be held after applying within 3day as thus applicants has to be in Addis Ababa
