We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Sales Associate to join our dynamic sales team. This entry-level position offers an exciting opportunity for recent graduates with a BA Degree in marketing only to kick-start their career in sales. As a Junior Sales Associate, you will work closely with senior sales representatives to learn the ins and outs of our industry, develop your sales skills, and contribute to the growth of our business.

Job Requirement

Education: TVET level 4 or Bachelor's Degree, in Marketing only with relevant work experience. 

Experience: Minimum of 3 years experience in marketing communication

Experience: 0-2 years

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Guide customers and support senior sales staff

• Prepare accurate sales quotations

• Update CRM data and assist with documentation

• Coordinate with finance and logistics teams

• Complete urgent tasks assigned by your manager

• Follow up on customer orders

• Greet and assist walk-in customers

• Prepare quotations and generate sales

• Track and update order statuses

• Shadow experienced team members to learn best practices

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
