To ensure the fulfillment of our objective we provide business process outsourcing, talent linkage and digital marketing services.
We want our Sales Representative's to sell our services to both new and existing customers, building relationships, and meeting sales targets, identify customer needs, present solutions, negotiate deals, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Generating Leads: Identifying potential customers through various channels, including referrals, cold calling, and marketing efforts.
Building Relationships: Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers to foster trust and repeat business.
Presenting Services: Effectively communicating the value and benefits of the services to potential customers.
Negotiating and Closing Deals: Working with customers to agree on pricing, terms, and conditions of sales.
Meeting Sales Targets: Achieving or exceeding sales quotas and performance goals.
Providing Customer Support: Addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Staying Informed: Keeping up-to-date on service knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities.
Tracking and Reporting: Monitoring sales performance, analyzing data, and reporting on results.
Job Requirements:
Education: Completion of 12th Grade with relevant work experience
Experience: 0 -1 year

Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective interaction with customers.
Sales and Negotiation Skills: Ability to identify customer needs, present solutions, and negotiate deals effectively.
