Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Junior Sales Agronomist to join our team in Adama. The successful candidate will support the promotion, demonstration, and sales of organic liquid fertilizer products while providing technical assistance and agronomic guidance to farmers and partners in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell Eco-Green organic liquid fertilizers in Adama and surrounding areas

• Conduct field demonstrations, farmer trainings, and product trials

• Provide agronomic support to farmers, cooperatives, and agro-dealers

• Build strong customer relationships and monitor product performance in the field

• Collect feedback and report market trends to the Sales & Marketing Manager

• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and field days

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Agronomy, Plant Science, Crop Production, Horticulture, or related fields

• 0–2 years of relevant experience in agricultural extension or agri-input sales

• Knowledge of soil fertility, crop nutrition, and organic farming is a plus

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Willingness to travel frequently to rural areas

• Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Fluency in Afaan Oromo and Amharic; English is an advantage
