Duties and Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential sales leads through market research, outreach via calls, emails, or social media.​

• Assist senior sales staff with client follow-ups, scheduling meetings, and preparing sales presentations or proposals.​

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM systems and generate sales reports or performance metrics.​

• Provide customer service, handle initial inquiries, and nurture leads through the sales funnel.​

• Participate in team meetings, training, sales events, and collaborate with marketing on strategies.​
