Position: Junior Sales Person
Location: Gelan/Akaki
Salary: Negotiable

The Junior Sales Person will be responsible for generating sales opportunities, building strong relationships with customers, and closing deals to support the company’s growth.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction.

  • Identify and pursue new sales leads and business opportunities.

  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, presentations, and quotes.

  • Assist in developing and implementing sales plans and strategies.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.

Job Requirements

  • BA Degree in Marketing Management, Business Management, Economics, or any related field of study

  • Minimum of 1 year relevant work experience

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships

  • Self-motivated and target-driven personality
