Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products

• Support the sales process from inquiry to closing

• Maintain good knowledge of products and services

• Assist in achieving daily and monthly sales targets

• Keep the showroom clean, organized, and visually appealing

• Support promotional activities and marketing efforts

• Handle customer inquiries and escalate complex issues when needed

• Maintain records of customer interactions and sales activities

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

• 0–2 years of experience in sales or customer service (fresh graduates encouraged)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
