Temer Properties is pleased to invite qualified and experienced professionals to apply for the position of Junior Sales Supervisor to join our team.

Key Purpose Statement 

To support the effective execution of real estate sales and customer service activities by coordinating daily operations, monitoring team performance, ensuring compliance with company procedures, and assisting in the achievement of sales targets while delivering a positive customer experience.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Support the supervision of daily sales and marketing activities to ensure business targets are achieved.

  • Monitor the performance of sales agents and provide guidance, coaching, and support as needed.

  • Assist in implementing company policies, sales procedures, and customer service standards.

  • Prepare regular sales reports, customer feedback summaries, and operational updates for management.

  • Handle customer inquiries and support the resolution of routine issues to maintain high client satisfaction.

  • Coordinate property viewings, site visits, and sales events to support business objectives.

  • Ensure accurate documentation and timely follow-up on leads, reservations, and customer transactions.

Job Requirements

       Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Economics and related field of studies

  • Minimum 2 years of experience 

    Experience:

  • Prior experience in the real estate industry is an added advantage

  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills.

  • Ability to manage teams effectively and meet deadlines.
