Job Requirements

To assist senior technicians in the fabrication, assembly, and installation of HVAC ductwork systems, applying core mechanical skills learned through TVET training and practical site experience.

MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS (Non-Negotiable)

• Education: TVET Level III/IV Certificate or Diploma in General Mechanics, Metal Fabrication.

• Experience: 0-2 years in a technical support, assistant, or workshop role.

• Skills: Basic tool use, measuring, understanding of safety, physical stamina, teamwork.

• Language: Working proficiency in Amharic; basic English for technical terms is an advantage.

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

• He has direct experience supporting HVAC duct installation (measuring, cutting, sealing, installing).

• Or has experience in a sheet metal workshop or construction mechanical helper role.

• Can read basic diagrams/tape measures and follow technical instructions.

• Is reliable, eager to learn, and seeks a long-term technical career path.
