Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate yarn dyeing equipment like package, hank, or beam dyers by setting temperature, pressure, dye concentration, and cycle times.​
• Prepare dye solutions by weighing, mixing dyes, chemicals, and additives per recipes, verifying dissolution before application.​
• Load yarn into machines, secure packages or hanks to prevent tangling, and unload after processing for further handling.
• Inspect dyed yarn for color consistency, evenness, defects, and conduct tests like colorfastness or pH during and post-dyeing.​
• Troubleshoot machine issues, adjust parameters, clean equipment, and perform routine maintenance to minimize downtime.​
• Log process details including recipes, settings, adjustments, and quality results for traceability and optimization.​

Job Requirements

• Education: TVET Level II/I or Completion of 12th/10th grade or in a related field of study with relevant work experience
• Experience: 8-0 years
